The individual will also be responsible for maintaining payroll documentation, addressing employee pay queries and managing relevant HMRC reporting.

Description

  • Oversee the payroll processing to ensure all employees receive their salaries on time.
  • Manage the payroll system and maintain updated employee records.
  • Resolve any pay-related enquiries or discrepancies.
  • Ensure compliance with HMRC regulations and reporting requirements.
  • Coordinate with HR and Accounting departments for payroll data.
  • Prepare relevant payroll reports as required.
  • Update and maintain payroll policies and procedures.
  • Manage annual benefits and salary review processes.

Profile

The successful Payroll Manager should have:

  • Strong understanding of payroll systems and HMRC regulations.
  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Payroll qualifications
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
