Key Responsibilities:

* Directly managing the monthly payroll process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
* Conducting thorough monthly payroll checks to maintain data integrity.
* Generating precise and timely reports to meet organizational requirements.
* Collaborating effectively with third-party payroll providers to streamline processes and resolve issues efficiently.
* Supervising and managing variations in payroll, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies.
