Reed Human Resources are looking to recruit a Part Time Senior HR Advisor Specialist on an interim basis – 3 months.
Working alongside the HR Business Partners, you will be required to:
- Administer and deliver end to end employee life-cycle transactional process for more complex and sensitive cases (including right to work / visa, flexible working requests, data access requests and leavers)
- Deliver specialist advisory and administrative service that supports the Business Services Function’s core services.
- Enter all data into all relevant HR systems in a timely, accurate and consistent manner and ensure that all documentation is maintained and stored within data protection guidelines.
- Act as a control and processor of employee transactions and flag transactions to relevant parties where required for further investigation.
- Take ownership and resolve all Employee Services service requests, ensuring customer expectations have been met, managing workload through various channels.
- Use available technology effectively to access relevant employee lifecycle content to resolve customer issues.
- Actively monitor and control transactions to achieve efficiency and best value, managing workload through various channels
- Contribute towards continuous improvements, using process analysis tools to map and analyse end-to-end processes, understand blockages with a view to identifying means of improving performance, efficiency, reducing costs and improving customer satisfaction.
- Act in a positive manner by demonstrating continuous performance improvement, solid business skills and support of department/company objectives.
- Contribute to driving required cultural attributes across the team, including a focus on compliance and service delivery, customer service excellence, and a focus on controlled continuous improvement.
- Deliver on agreed performance metrics for Employee Services
