We are urgently looking for a part-time Customer Service temp, to work at a leading Society in the West-End.
The role pays £15 per hour and the temp will work 3.5 hrs per day.
The role is to manage incoming sales queries for a top venue, hired out by the Society. At their prestigious building. For events, corporate groups and for private hire.
So the role will be responding to requests for quotes, agreeing the spec with clients and taking them to signature. It is largely administrative in nature and requires someone sensible, who can talk to clients professionally and who is very organised.
This is an interim role to keep the plates spinning, while the client work’s out the future of the post. May be long -term and even permanent.
The part-time Customer Service temp will be office based for training. However, it has been done entirely remotely before. So remote work is available here but with some flexibility, to occasionally show a client the venue.
We need someone ready to start next week.
