Location: Leeds City Centre – hybrid working, 2 days from the office, 3 days from home

Our client, a well-established Executive Search Recruitment firm based in Leeds City Centre, are looking for an PA/ Executive Coordinator to cover a 12-month maternity. The role will ideally start at the end of March, but they are flexible depending on requirements.

This role involves offering full PA support to two partners and two principal consultants. It will include proactive inbox and diary management, using your initiative to make the best use of their time. You will be booking travel and accommodation and supporting with events and business development activities including pulling invitee lists together and producing presentations for meetings.

You will also be assisting on recruitment assignments, liaising with C Suite level clients and candidates, formatting CVs, coordinating interviews, processing contractual paperwork, and handing any queries from clients and candidates throughout the assignments.

This is a varied and busy role and requires someone highly organised with excellent communication skills. It needs someone able to liaise with clients and candidates at C Suite level so requires a professional and intelligent approach.

Duties include:

  • Providing comprehensive PA support to 2 Partners and 2 Principal Consultants
  • Proactive diary management, inbox management and arranging travel and accommodation
  • Supporting with event management and business development activities
  • Producing presentations
  • Formatting CVs
  • Creating documentation and sending out contractual paperwork
  • Coordinating interviews
  • Liaising with clients and candidates at C Suite level
  • Updating and maintaining the CRM
  • Handing queries from clients and candidates throughout the assignments

Requirements for the role:

  • Previous PA or Senior Administration experience required
  • Previous recruitment experience is advantageous
  • Professional services experience preferred
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills and ability to liaise with clients/ candidates at C Suite level
  • Ability to manage a busy work load and multiple projects
  • Process driven and experience of using CRM systems preferred
  • Computer literate on various IT systems (MS Office).
