Operational Model Consultant – Capital Projects Location: Middle East Duration: 6-12 Months Rolling (Likely to extend) Rate: £500 – £700 per day plus travel and accommodation
This is an opportunity to join a unique project with a thriving consultancy who are driving new and bold solutions within critical International Infrastructure, Defence, Government and National Security.
You will have the opportunity to consult and add real value to a critical programme and provide your experience to a state-of-the-art future city.
Due to the nature of this large programme, you will need to have Middle East experience within capital projects.
As a Capital Project Consultant, alongside holding end to end Operating Model experience you will have skills and experience to be part of delivering the following:
Conducting in-depth analysis of business processes, identifying areas for improvement or restructuring.
Developing strategic recommendations for business restructuring, including organisational design, process improvements, and cost optimisation.
Helping guide and oversee the implementation of restructuring strategies, ensuring alignment with the client’s business and operational goals
Working closely with SME’s, translating their recommendations into the operating model.
Due to the programme’s location, you will need to be able to commit to staying in the Middle East 2-3 month at a time.
