Job Summary:
The service is a specialised rehabilitation service for women with mental health problems, complex needs and those who have been diagnosed with a Personality Disorder (PD). They also work with young women transitioning from CAMHS and the team may consider facilitating a transition period to make the move as seamless as possible.
You will have experience in managing a designated caseload using theoretical and practical experience, completing assessments, planning, implementing interventions, and evaluating outcomes aligned to care plans.
With a strong emphasis on teamwork, you’ll receive support from a regional network of healthcare professionals and enjoy access to a variety of training courses to support you reach your career goals.
This role involves:
- Completing assessments, planning sessions and implementing intervention.
- Evaluating outcomes aligned to care plans.
- Supervise Occupational Therapy Assistants.
- Implement and develop evidence-based therapeutic activities to aid mental health recovery.
Essential Candidate Criteria:
- Current HCPC registration and RCOT membership.
- Experience of working within a similar setting.
- Right to work in the UK.
