Lavandi Talent is currently working with a fantastic business within the Beauty and Personal Care Industry who are currently looking for a skilled and experienced Technical NPD Manager to join their team!

Key Responsibilities:
Lead Technical New Product Development (NPD) and Existing Product Development (EPD) initiatives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches.
Work on NPD & EPD in-house and with external manufacturing partners.
Bring creative and innovative ideas to the table, demonstrating a proactive attitude.
Meet tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
Act as a team player, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.
Stay ahead of industry trends for groundbreaking product development.
Develop and execute a strategic NPD plan aligned with company goals.
The Ideal Candidate:
A minimum of 3 years of experience in Technical Product Development within Cosmetics, Haircare, Skincare or Personal Care.
Qualified to Degree/Masters level in Cosmetics Science or equivalent.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Creative mindset with a track record of successful product launches.
Confident, adaptable and a team player.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
