Lavandi Talent is currently working with a fantastic business within the Beauty and Personal Care Industry who are currently looking for a skilled and experienced Head of NPD to join their team!
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and oversee all New Product Development & Existing Product
Stay ahead of industry trends for groundbreaking product development.
Develop and execute a strategic NPD plan aligned with company goals.
Inspire and lead a cross-functional NPD team.
Provide clear design briefs and collaborate closely with QC for product excellence.
Manage the approval process and streamline decision-making.
Drive the team to exceed expectations and maintain a commitment to excellence.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless product integration.
Communicate effectively with senior management, presenting NPD strategies and results.
The Ideal Candidate:
Previous experience in NPD, within a Senior position in the Beauty, Personal Care or FMCG Sector.
Strong leadership and project management skills.
Creative mindset with a track record of successful product launches.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Highly organised, with the ability to multi-task within a timescale and work efficiently under pressure.
Confident, adaptable and a team player.
