My client are a high end residential developer who are currently looking for a Sales Negotiator to join their team based in Kent
Experience required:
- Extensive property sales experience
- Good knowledge on the new homes sector along with market awareness
- Employment profile must demonstrate stability
Day to day duties:
- Selling property’s off plan
- Chasing sales leads
- Conducting viewings
- Sales Progression
- Closing sales
- Calling through internal database
