Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one support to students with challenging behaviour and Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.
- Implement behaviour management strategies to promote positive outcomes.
- Collaborate with teachers and SENCO to develop individual support plans.
Requirements:
- Previous experience supporting children with challenging behaviour and SEMH in an educational setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Availability for full-time work.
