We have a mathematics teacher vacancy in an excellent Cardiff secondary school from the 29th January 2024. This role is perfect for experienced teachers and NQT’s. You will be expected to teach pupils basic and complex mathematic concepts such as arithmetic, algebra, geometry, trigonometry, and calculus.

Responsibilities for a Mathematics Teacher

  • Plan and prepare effective schemes of learning and lessons
  • Use innovative and diverse teaching methods that supports the national curriculum
  • Use regular assessments to monitor progress and set targets

Required Skills and Qualifications for a Mathematics Teacher

  • Qualified Teaching Status (QTS)
  • Valid DBS (Can be produced through us)
  • Registered with the Educational Workforce Council (EWC) (Can be produced through us)

Desirable Skills for a Mathematics Teacher

  • Full driving licence and have access to a car
  • You live in or near the Cardiff
