Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and market share
Develop a strong lead generation strategy.
Oversee all marketing operations and ensure they align with the company’s business goals
Lead, mentor, and motivate the marketing team to exceed performance targets
Analyse market trends and competitor’s strategies to identify opportunities and key issues
Manage budget allocation for all marketing campaigns and initiatives

Profile
A successful Marketing Manager should have:
A degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
B2B Marketing experience
Strong background in lead generation
Proven experience in a leadership role within a marketing department
Strong understanding of traditional and digital marketing strategies
Excellent communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills
Ability to analyse market trends and formulate strategic marketing plans
Proficiency in using marketing software and online applications
Creative and innovative mindset
