We are working with a leading home furnishings brand who are celebrating their 30th year trading anniversary, who now have huge plans for continued growth and expansion.
They are ambitious, collaborative, friendly, have a stylish range of products and are looking for a talented Marketing Manager with both strategic and hands on experience to join their team and to help them achieve their ambitious growth plans. You will recruit, manage, and motivate a team and need to be comfortable driving strategic initiatives, executing on campaigns and will be interested in working for an organisation where you can make an impact.
As the Marketing Manager you will spearhead their marketing efforts across all channels, leveraging your expertise in CRM, digital marketing, email campaigns, paid media, partnerships, events and offline strategies. This is ideal for a seasoned marketer with demonstrable experience working in a fast paced ever changing environment where you will be expected to roll your sleeves up.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition and revenue growth.
- Lead the implementation of CRM initiatives to enhance customer engagement and loyalty.
- Manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, optimising performance and ROI.
- Drive email marketing campaigns, from segmentation and content creation to performance analysis.
- Oversee paid media campaigns, including PPC, display advertising and social media ads.
- SEO & organic marketing growth programs along with content creation.
- Cultivate partnerships with relevant brands, influencers and organisations to expand brand reach and customer base.
- Plan and execute events to promote products and engage target audience.
- Implement offline marketing tactics such as print, radio and outdoor advertising to compliment online efforts.
Skills and Experience:
- Minimum 5 years hands on marketing experience.
- Skilled in graphic design & content creation.
- Proven track record of managing successful marketing campaigns across various channels.
- Experience with CRM systems and strategies to drive customer engagement and retention.
- Previous experience managing a small team, with collaborative and supportive leadership style.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business goals in to actionable marketing plans.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ambitious, driven and eager to contribute to the growth and success of fantastic business.
- Willingness to roll sleeves up and make things happen.
