We are looking for a vibrant and enthusiastic Marketing Executive with a creative mind who will help us make an impact by delivering engaging, on-brand marketing and communication campaigns across the city.

In this challenging and exciting role, you will be responsible for:

  • Supporting the achievement of Edinburgh Leisure’s strategic goals by developing and managing plans for customer segments or activity/product areas.
  • Leading the development, planning, and execution of marketing projects to drive income, retention and elevate awareness of Edinburgh Leisure, our facilities and services, events, and projects.
  • Collaborating with internal teams and external partners to create engaging, multi-channel marketing campaigns, communication and projects.
  • Ensuring our venues embody our brand ethos and provide our customers with quality information and an inviting atmosphere.
  • Managing your areas allocated budget effectively.

Our ideal candidate will have:  

  • Proven experience in developing and delivering integrated marketing campaigns with a relevant academic or professional qualification.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to problem-solve and prioritise to strategically develop creative solutions.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail with the ability to work well under pressure.
  • Proactive, tenacious, and adaptable personality with excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to clearly convey information and ideas to a varied customer base.

This is a hybrid role with time spent between our head office at Meadowbank and home working.
