We are seeking a Marketing Director with a proven track record of success in digital media or related industries. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with the ability to lead our client’s marketing efforts, driving brand awareness, subscriber growth, and engagement across global markets. This role requires a blend of creativity, analytical prowess, and leadership to navigate the fast-paced and evolving digital media landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
– Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with the company’s growth objectives.
– Lead and mentor a dynamic marketing team to achieve exceptional results in subscriber acquisition, retention, and engagement.
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create integrated campaigns that resonate with diverse audiences across multiple platforms.
– Oversee the management of the marketing budget, ensuring ROI on marketing initiatives.
– Analyze market trends and consumer behaviour to inform strategic decisions.
– Represent the company at industry events, fostering relationships with key partners and stakeholders.
– Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. A master’s degree is preferred.
– Minimum of 8 years of marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the digital media, entertainment, or related industry.
– Demonstrated success in developing and implementing marketing strategies that have materially increased company visibility and growth.
– Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
– Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a track record of building and leading high-performing teams.
– Willingness to relocate to Dubai and adapt to a multicultural working environment.
