An excellent opportunity has arisen for an Marketing Coordinator to join a well-established manufacturing organisation.
This is a key role within the marketing team dealing with lead generation and handling content creation and supporting the marketing department with campaigns.
The ideal candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, be proficient in using CRM systems, CMS systems, MS Office suite, and be comfortable working within a fast-paced and busy department.
The Role
Reporting to the Marketing Manager you will be responsible for the following activities:
– Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns
– Conduct market research to identify trends, target audience, and competitors
– Coordinate and execute marketing events, such as trade shows and conferences
– Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and provide reports to management
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding
– Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing
– Entering inbound leads onto the CRM and assigning to appropriate sales members
– Lead generation creation and assigning to relevant sales reps.
– Content creation including blogs, case studies, website copy and datasheet copy. (based on market research and keyword research). Copywriting skills required.
– Basic website maintenance
– Working with and supporting on tracking keyword positions and keyword research (SEO)
– Conducting Keyword research for the website and new blog content
– Supporting and posting on Social Media platforms.
– Creating and managing email campaigns
– Supporting distributors to promote IGD in their regions.
– Supporting Marketing Manager with organizing and creating events such as webinars and tradeshows.
Requirements
– Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
– Proven experience in marketing or related role
– Strong written and verbal communication skills
– Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
– Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools
– Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
– Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make recommendations
– Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
– Experience in using Google Suite platform.
– Experience and understanding in SEO and keyword research.
– Demonstrate and provide examples of copywriting and content creation pieces.
– Experience in WordPress platform and CRM systems
