Purpose: As a Marketing Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in building brand awareness, driving business enquiries in alignment with the company’s targets. You’ll be responsible for implementing and assisting with marketing activities to achieve departmental targets and key performance indicators.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in executing the marketing strategy.
- Handle all event preparations, including printing literature and organizing couriers.
- Manage external gifting from conceptualization to delivery.
- Maintain the marketing literature library and literature.
- Conduct research, source, and order branded merchandise.
- Serve as the central contact for literature and branded goods for the sales team.
- Create and maintain a branded stocktake sheet.
- Provide ad hoc marketing support for Internal Sales and Business Development Managers.
- Design document artwork, including leaflets, business cards, and website documents.
- Update and maintain website content.
- Manage purchase orders, invoices, and tracking processes.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Good IT skills, particularly across marketing-related software such as Adobe Suites.
- Some marketing-related experience is preferred.
- Collaborative mindset with strong teamwork abilities.
- Calm demeanour with a strong work ethic.
- Creative flair with a knack for innovation.
- Administrative skills are essential, with a focus on meticulousness and precision.
