Mac / Windows 2nd Line Engineer
We’re currently seeking a skilled Solutions Engineer to join my clients, London based MSP. In this role, you will deliver exceptional service to their clientele across the UK and around the world, focusing on Mac and Windows operating systems.
Working structure:
- Hybrid – 3 days in, 2 from home.
- 08:30 – 17:30 / 09:00 – 18:00
Responsibilities:
- A minimum of 3+ years of experience with an IT managed service provider
- Exceptional communication skills
- Experience working for a small MSP.
- No previous contracting experience or short-term roles (ideally, min 2/3 years at each role)
- Effective communication through phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Excellent organisational skills and prioritisation abilities
- Ensuring the achievement of SLAs, including response times, resolution times, and first-time fixes
