Service Co-Ordinator
Area: Redhill
Salary: £25k-£30k
What you will do: You will be in charge of providing great customer service and dealing with service requests quickly and professionally. You will collaborate with the Service Engineering Director and others to make sure that all service and sales related tasks are done well and on time. You will also help the Service Director and other areas with administrative and commercial tasks as needed.
What you will be responsible for:
Talk to customers and advertise the company’s services
Process service requests from customers and send quotes, purchase orders and invoices
Plan service visits by in-house and third-party engineers and give spares as needed
Update customers and other parties on service interventions and follow-ups
Send invoices to clients and upload them to the finance system
Watch the market and customers’ wants and needs for products and services
Help the Service Director in keeping and growing relationships with key service clients and boosting sales revenues
Follow and keep the company’s ISO 9001 policy and other standards if required
Evaluate customer needs and offer service related quotations
Check service reports and recommend or pass on suitable follow-up actions
Start improvements to improve service quality and efficiency
Do any other tasks given by management
