Do you have 6-12 months experience as a Lettings Negotiator and you’re looking for more?
If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you! Our client, a highly recognized agency in East London, specialising in Lettings and are looking to add an experienced and motivated negotiator to their team.
Our client has earned its reputation as a leading real estate firm in across multiple London locations and are known for excellence in residential Lettings. Our client prides themselves on our commitment to customer satisfaction and work closely with a mix of clients.
Responsibilities:
* Conducting property viewings
* Negotiating offers and agreements between Landlords and Tenants.
* Providing expert advice and guidance on the local property market.
* Assisting clients in making informed decisions about their property.
* Managing the Lettings process from initial inquiry to moving in.
Qualifications:
* Previous experience in residential Lettings is preferred but not essential.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* A proactive, motivated, and customer-focused attitude.
* Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
* Knowledge of the Central/East area is a plus.
