Our client has been long established and are looking to grow a legal recruitment team, so legal recruitment would be advantageous, however experience in growing recruitment teams and an ability to comfortably transition into the legal market would be considered. Building a team below you, supplying training, support and 1-2-1 management.
Meeting with clients, showcasing your team’s abilities and ensuring a quick turn around on vacancies to placements.
Working with the business to continually improve their talent attraction strategy across all areas.
About the person
The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate:
A successful track record in a Recruitment role leading on high profile, volume or complex Resourcing issues.
Experience in developing good working relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, both internally and externally across all levels of seniority.
Experience of providing clear, balanced advice and guidance on a wide range of Resourcing issues to management teams.
Background gained in an ever-changing rapid growth Organisation.
An ability to take ownership of situations.
