The Job
An exclusive opportunity to join this highly successful and established office in London. The office is seeking a tenancy and compliance manager with a real flair for property. In addition to providing a platform for career progression, they also organise paid social events and company trips for top performers. The role will include overseeing a portfolio of non-managed properties with responsibilities such as answering inquiries, dealing with compliance, along with setting up tenancies and processing any terminations. The right candidate will need at least 12 months of industry experience and have a proven track record in customer service. This role is ideally suited for an individual with outstanding organisational and communication skills, coupled with a meticulous attention to detail.
