Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, the Demand Planner will be responsible for managing client and customer demand, as well as the inventory supply, to meet the requirements of UK/Europe/Americas.

Description
- Develop and analyse accurate forecasts, based on historical client demand trends and driving factors.
- Maintain forecast integrity by updating MRP on a regular basis.
- Work closely with Sales Team to forecast and plan new product/new client start dates, ensuring the products arrive in a timely manner and in line with the sales forecast.
- Prepare data and participate in monthly S&OP meetings. Agree and assign actions with key stakeholders to improve inventory efficiency
- Proactively assess the risks associated with demand spikes and though, then collaborate with key stakeholders to develop alternatives that assure customer fulfilment, inventory stability, and capacity maintenance.
- Utilize data to implement new forecasting and replenishment methods to increase SKU productivity and logistic efficiency.
- Lead meetings with Key Stakeholders, providing updated forecasts based on trends and making recommendations to resolve product issues.
- Working and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve outcomes and meet deadlines.
Profile
- Minimum 5 years experience in similar role.
- Expert in demand planning, ability to interact and communicate effectively with internal and external customers.
- Previous experience with a major forecasting in heavy SKU environment.
- Strong experience with ERP Systems, preferably SAP B1 of SAP MRP.
- Adept with high frequency of PIPO process.
- Proficiency in statistics, forecasting and forecasting methods with an understanding of financial and operational impacts.
