The CMA HR Division are working exclusively for an organisation based in Whiteley, Hampshire to recruit an Interim People Partner for 2-3 months.
The organisation has recently undergone a period of change and the current HR Director needs support with several projects across their sites. A large part of the assignment will be supporting with tasks related to a re-organisation but there will also be BAU generalist tasks as below.
What will People Partner role involve?
- Employee relations; ensuring legislation is followed, supporting the current HR Advisors and senior managers with guidance and participating in complex cases;
- Learning and Development; providing support and coaching to people managers and deliver and maintain professional development, assessing specific development programmes when required;
- Performance and line management of the HR team, including appraisals, absence management, mentoring and support.
Suitable Candidate for People Partner vacancy:
- Ideally CIPD Level 5 qualified or above;
- Available at short notice and happy to travel between local sites;
- Good generalist HR experience with strong employee relations exposure.
