An Educational Organisation are looking for an Interim HR Manager to oversee the full employee lifecycle. The role is based in London for an initial 6 months, with an immediate start.

An Interim HR Manager to:
- Oversee all aspects of HR in the full employee lifecycle, including: recruitment, performance management, career development, employee relations and compliance
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
- Lead all recruitment activity for the organisation and manage the process from writing job descriptions through to interviews and onboarding
- Ensure compliance checks are made for all staff
- Provide guidance and advice to all employees on a range of HR matters
- Prepare monthly payroll, working closely with finance
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues
- Support current and future business needs
- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organisation
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
- Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
- Ensure legal compliance throughout
Profile
An Interim HR Manager with:
- Experience working in an education or not-for-profit environment
- Line management experience
- Available to start immediately
- French speaking desirable
