Interim Finance Business Partner 6 month fixed term contract
We are currently seeking a talented Finance Business Partner to drive operational and commercial success, lead a motivated team, and be a key player in financial excellence. This role will be working for a well established company offering a fast paced and forward thinking environment with immediate start required.
Key Responsibilities:
Own the internal control environment and balance sheet integrity.
Support senior stakeholders in informed decision-making across the business
Drive financial performance optimisation and robust budget forecasting.
Oversee the site’s capital process and project support.
Champion continuous improvement initiatives.
Lead, inspire, and develop the finance team to ensure deadlines are met and quality of work is maintained
Qualifications and Skills:
Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or QBE.
Proven experience in operational or commercial decision support.
Strong interpersonal skills and team leadership capabilities.
Proactive, organised, and flexible with a results-driven approach
