Robertson Bell are delighted to be partnering with a well-regarded international charity who are seeking a Director of Financial Accounting to provide at least three-months of temporary cover over their busiest period, yearend. This is a hybrid role based in Central London.
The main responsibilities include:
Oversee all areas of financial accounting of control, including financial accounting, treasury, systems, and finance transactions.
Responsible for leading and coordinating the consolidated year end statutory accounting and audit, ensuring successful delivering of audit.
Act as sponsor within the organisation for change and work the Directors to drive consistent policies and procedures throughout the organisation.
The successful candidate will be:
A qualified accountant with experience in leading financial accounting and control teams.
A strong track record working in organisations with turnover of over £100m and operating internationally.
Well experienced working in the not-for-profit sector.
