- Providing comprehensive administrative support to Directors and senior leadership
- Managing internal and external communications
- Organising and maintaining files and databases
- Assisting in meeting preparations and minutes taking
- Handling confidential information with discretion
- Coordinating with other departments for smooth operations
- Participating in team meetings and contributing ideas
- Complying with all policies and procedures of the Not For Profit sector
Profile
A successful Interim Admin Support should have:
- A strong background in administrative roles, preferably within the Not For Profit sector
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
