Insurance Customer Support Executive

Location: Brighton

Salary: £24k – £26k + company benefits

Hours: Mon-Fri 9am-5pm or 10am-6pm

Start date Jan 2024

Do you want to work for an established and expanding organisation that offers a great working environment and career progression? If so, I have a Customer Support role within their Customer Support Admin Team based in their Hove office.

You will already have a customer service background ideally within the insurance industry, and thrive in a busy working environment.

Responsibilities:

  • First point of contact for customers queries over the phone.
  • Advising customers and resolving any queries.
  • Assisting in claims administration.
  • Administration of policy documents.
  • Data entry and updating the inhouse CRM system.
  • Filing and scanning of documents.
  • Processing data accurately.
  • Adhering to FCA compliance and regulations.

The right candidate will have the following skills and experience to apply:

  • Background within a customer service role, ideally within insurance or financial services.
  • Highly organised with good administration skills.
  • Good telephone manner
  • Good IT skills inclusive of Excel.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to multi-task.
  • Works well in a team environment.
