Customer Service (Insurance) Advisor – £20,000 to £30,000 D.O.E

As an Insurance Advisor, you will play a vital role as a key point of contact within the branch. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve building rapport with new clients, maintaining existing accounts, and ensuring that all clients receive the best possible outcomes. You’ll provide great client service, be a great listener and help people get the desired outcome.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to expand your knowledge of products and services, enabling you to educate and guide clients in selecting the insurance options that best suit their needs.

Requirements as a Customer Service Advisor:

– You will enjoy having conversations with people, listening and building relationships as it’s important that we really get to know all clients and understand their requirements.

– You have awesome problem-solving skills – all of our clients are totally unique, so we need to come up with tailor made solutions as we don’t have a "one size fits all" approach.

– You may currently be working in a sales role and are now looking for a career. We don’t require any previous experience as they offer on-site training, workshops, coaching and will support you through industry qualifications.
