THE COMPANY
This is an excellent opportunity to work with an up-and-coming tech company offering products in the insurance space. This is a fantastic role for someone looking to work with a huge data platform, with millions of rows of customer data with a significant opportunity for commercial impact.
THE ROLE
As an Insight Analyst, you will be working with senior stakeholders across the business. More specifically, you can expect to be involved with the following;
- Using SQL to analyse millions of rows of data, understanding customer’s behavioural and transactional data
- Identifying new trends
- Working to drive changes to key KPI’s, improving the customer journey
- Customer segmentations and LTV
- Creating visually appealing dashboards and reports
- Communicating with senior stakeholders across the busienss
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
The successful Insight Analyst will have the following skills and experience:
- Experience working within some form of customer analytics, ideally looking at metrics such as LTV, churn, acquisition
- Technical experience with SQL desirable, Excel at a minimum
- Experience in the FMCG/Consumer goods space desirable
- Experience with customer segmentations
- Experience using Tableau or similar for visualisations
- An understanding of statistics for significance is beneficial but not essential
THE BENEFITS
The successful Insight Analyst will receive a salary between £30,000 and £40,000 and an extensive benefits package.
