Responsibilities:
Lead in HR transformation projects
Lead on HR projects from conception to execution, ensuring alignment with business objectives and compliance standards.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify project requirements, develop project plans, and establish timelines.
Implement best practices and innovative solutions to streamline HR processes and enhance employee experience.
Conduct research, analyse data, and provide insights to inform decision-making and optimize project outcomes.
Facilitate change management initiatives, ensuring smooth transition and adoption of new processes or systems.
Requirements:
Experience in similar role within Financial Services is a must
Strong understanding of HR processes, policies, and regulations.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
