This will be an exciting opportunity working closely with Senior staff you will be there in that support role across HR Generalist /Administration to include assisting across the Compliance area when required! – A busy role; Duties will include; To be that initial contact for all HR related enquires, as well as ensuring HR docs across the board are up-to date – Administration of contracts as well as assisting across the recruitment process to include arranging interviews, conducting interviews, employment checks, references etc- as well as on boarding and induction packs so you will be working closely with the Business on HR related issues which could include up to date jobspecs to assisting with more complex HR issues as well as ad hoc HR Projects! Ideally you would have worked within a similar HR role from within an Insurance or Financial organisation bringing an enthusiasm , great people skills, self-motivation and great team player skills coupled with good communication skills!
