Founded in 1946, we are an established family bakery with a taste for quality, having created delicious products for over 75 years. We produce baked goods for retail and food service. We operate two bakeries: a conventional Bakery and a dedicated Gluten, Wheat and Milk Free Bakery avoiding 12 out of the 14 notifiable allergens.

HR Co-ordinator – The Role:

As HR Co-ordinator, your role will be the first point of contact to the business regarding HR related queries, managing and completing daily HR work and administration.

Responsibilities within this role will include the full employee lifecycle, recruitment support, L&D administration, note-taking in ER meetings, HR Systems administration, Data reporting and management of the HR mailboxes.

You will manage and support ad-hoc HR projects as required and provide assistance to the HR Manager.

HR Co-ordinator – What are we looking for:

– HR experience is not essential but would be an advantage with a willingness to work towards an HR Qualification

– Practical understanding and experience of key HR processes and practices

– Excellent communication and influencing skills

– Innovative and creative ‘can do’ attitude and approach

– Ability to manage and prioritise a high volume of work

– Works collaboratively with others to achieve excellence

– High standard of verbal and written communication skills/able to generate own correspondence and reports.

– Able to explain and persuade others to gain acceptance for issues that may be unwelcome or new

– Ability to focus on the important issues when faced with complicated/competing priorities

– Possesses a change mindset along with a willingness to lead and initiate change

HR Co-ordinator – What can you expect

– Salary Up to £30K
