HR Business Partner/HR Lead: £45-50,000 + benefits (Fully Remote Role)
This will be a busy and rewarding role working as a senior member of the HR team. In this role you will manage a small HR team, supporting internal stakeholders across the country. We are looking for an experienced Generalist HR professional with a wide ranging skill set and a positive, can-do approach.
On a day to day basis you can expect a varied workload including
- Leading on the implementation of strategic and operational HR activities
- Supporting on change management projects across the business
- Managing projects and initiatives to improve organisational effectiveness
- Helping create a culture of teamwork, performance and continuous improvement.
- Mentoring/supporting and leading the HR team
- Providing support to operational managers and the HR team on a wide range of HR and ER matters
The successful candidate will have
- CIPD level 7 qualifications and proven experience as a business partner across a geographically dispersed organisation.
- Experience of influencing and challenging stakeholders within the charity/not for profit sector.
- A passion and commitment for Equality, Diversity and Inclusion
- A pragmatic approach to HR
