Key Responsibilities:
* Provide a comprehensive HR service. * Implement the HR strategy across designated client groups. * Offer advice, guidance, and best practices on employment issues to line managers. * Employee Relations. * Develop HR Policy * Audits on all HR systems to ensure that all data is correct
Experience:
* Experience as an HR generalist/Business Partnering experience within a fast-paced environment * CIPD Qualification Level 5 – beneficial. * Strong employee relations cases experience including disciplinary and grievance. * Up-to-date and relevant knowledge of employment law in Scotland.
