AN excellent opportunity has become available for experienced HR Professionals to join a high profile Organisation in the Defence industry as HR Business Partner.
This is a contract position, 6 months initial duration with potential for extension, hybrid working – client based in Hampshire, leading on challenging HR projects and initiatives.
In this role you will:
support the development and implementation of People Strategy and Plans for functional area of the business
lead HR project delivery, managing change for specific projects and initiatives
drive the development and implementation of the functional People Plan including: Reward & Recognition, Talent & Succession planning, organisational structure, Resourcing
oversee complex ER cases
Skills and experience needed include:
previous experience in a similar role
experience with TUPE
strong project management
Please note that active SC clearance and sole UK nationality are needed for this role.
