My Client based near Maldon are recruiting for a new HR Advisor to join their team.
Role Purpose:
To work as part of a highly customer focused HR team by delivering an excellent service to its Directors, Managers and employees in all employee related matters. To advise the business in matters in accordance with current employment law and company procedures. Assist in maintaining all administration relating to employee electronic files, employee relations and policies and procedures with accuracy and consistency. To also assist the payroll department where required with preparing of employee payroll data.
Duties:
- To advise the business in all employee related matters in accordance with current employment law and company procedures
- To take minutes of meetings, transcribe and produce for approval and signing
- To produce appropriate invite and outcome letters for performance reviews, welfare reviews, investigations, disciplinaries and other employee related meetings where required
- To undertake general HR administration within the department including new starters, leavers and changes to employee information and contracts as required
- To work closely with the HR team and offer support across HR and Payroll where required
Qualifications & Experience:
- Ideally you will be Level 5 CIPD qualified or be studying towards it
- Previous HR Advisor experience especially within Employee Relations
