Location: Hybrid working (Dereham, Norfolk and home based)
We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced HR Administrator to join our busy team working across Norfolk providing HR support within the adult care sector. You will be required to act as the first point of contact to operate a customer focused helpdesk covering all areas of HR from recruitment through to employee relations and payroll queries.
Providing day to day supervision for the HR trainee to help them grow their HR skills and experiences you will also be expected to become a systems champion within the HR team to provide support and backup for the HR database and recruitment applicant tracking system.
This is a varied HR role where you will be encouraged to actively seek and identify improvements in front line operational HR working practices within a friendly and professional environment.

- Previous experience working within an HR team covering a range of functions
- Systems experience within an HR environment and an aptitude for working in a digital environment
- Proficient Microsoft Office user with good Excel spreadsheet skills
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively and professionally at all times
- A curious mind and a good problem solver
- Exceptional administrative and organisational skills with the ability to prioritise work and meet tight deadlines.
- An effective and inclusive team player
- Full driving licence (the role requires travel across the county of Norfolk so access to a car is essential)
