Our client who are based in West London are a family run company and are a well-known name with a global presence.

They are currently looking for an experienced HR Administrator who is able to support across all HR functions.

This is a varied role which will involve working with the whole HR team and gaining some great exposure within the organisation but also to the EMEA market.

You will be joining a fantastic team in a really supportive environment and will be joining on a Fixed Term Contract basis until June 2025!

In this role you will be:

  • Supporting the HR team with all administrative duties
  • Manage the internal HR system maintaining accurate record management
  • Support with internal queries to the HR team in a timely manner
  • Assist with the on-boarding process, internal benefits and L&D
  • Coordinate regular communications across the company

Our client is looking for:

  • HR administration experience supporting a busy team
  • Familiarity and understanding of HR internal processes
  • Knowledge of working with an internal system
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Organised approach
