Our client, a leading distributor and wholesaler of pharmaceutical, health and beauty products are on the lookout for a number of HR Administrators to join them on a 4 month FTC.
This is a great opportunity to support them through a period of transformation, including implementing a new HR system and a shared service function.
Location: Chessington, Surrey -2/3 days in the office per week
Salary: Circa £30k per annum
Contract: 3 months FTC, to start as soon as possible
We are seeking experienced HR Administrators with proficiency in using Workday, to join our clients shared service team. This role will play a critical role in providing comprehensive HR support to team members across multiple departments within the organisation. This position requires strong knowledge of Workday and the ability to effectively navigate and utilise the system within a shared service model.
Day to day, you will serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries related to HR policies, procedures, and systems using the system. You will also utilise Workday to process team member data changes such as new hires, terminations, promotions, transfers, and benefits administration.
You will assist with onboarding new team members by ensuring accurate data entry into Workday, coordinating orientation activities, and managing documentation and support team members lifecycle events including leaves of absence, performance management processes, and employee recognition programs. Ensuring that cases as escalated appropriately.
Our ideal applicant will have/be;
* Proven experience as an HR Administrator or similar role with hands-on experience using Workday is required.
* Experience in a shared service environment is highly desirable.
* Strong technical aptitude with expertise in working with HRIS systems; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is also required.
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy when handling sensitive employee information.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively, multitask and effectively manage time while maintaining a high level of customer service to team members across all levels of the company.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate complex information to employees at all levels of the organisation.
* Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
