Are you an experienced HR Administrator with some experience of policy and process, looking for your next challenge? This is an exceptional generalist HR opportunity to develop your skills within a busy and growing team.
Duties include:
* Monitoring of the HR and L&D inbox, answering basic queries, approving absence requests
* Supporting with sending out and chasing mid and year end reviews, as well as compliance training
* Setting up and monitoring training in the system
* Supporting with leavers and starter onboarding administration processes
* Advising managers and employees on where to find HR policies and procedures
* Administration for any internal moves/contract changes
* Completing any references for employees
* Learning & development and training coordination, scheduling sessions, workshops and webinars
* Training logistics, including venue, materials, equipment and delegate lists
* Setting up training room and supporting with IT access
* Communicating training schedules and details to participants
* Collecting and maintaining data and reporting for training attendance and feedback, including creating reports
