Tradewind Recruitment is working with a SEND School in Liverpool who support children with the following needs:
– Severe Learning Difficulties
– Profound & Multiple Learning Difficulties
– Complex ASD
The school is looking for a number of HLTA’s who are keen to work with children with special educational needs.
Our client school caters for 250 pupils, aged between 2-11 years old. It is based across 2 sites and supports children from the Liverpool City Region.
Responsibilities:
- Learning intervention activities with individuals or small groups.
- PPA and Cover Supervision
- Supporting subject or aspect leaders to develop provision across the school.
- Line manage identified LSA apprentices
Requirements:
- Knowledge and understanding of severe learning difficulties and early childhood development.
- HLTA Qualification (or ECT)
- DBS on the Update Service or be willing to apply for one.
