The Role Being an instrumental part of the Senior Leadership team, you will be responsible for guaranteeing a secure and healthy environment that adheres to all laws and regulations currently in place as well as future proofing for additional changes.
This position is the next pivotal hire for the business and fundamental in ensuring that productivity prospers without negatively impacting employee’s efficiency. Having a demonstrable background withing manufacturing is critical within this role.
Further to the above your role will involve:
• Developing and enforcing health and safety policies and leading safety initiatives
• Conducting regular risk assessments, providing strategic recommendations and liaising with insurers to mitigate business risks
• Ensuring legal compliance, reporting obligations and contractor safety
• Collaborating with maintenance teams for equipment compliance.
