Adecco Public Sector are proud to be working in partnership with a large charity to recruit a proactive and ambitious Head of Research and Evaluation on an interim basis.
Interim contract for 6 months
Full time opportunity with hybrid working available
Based in London
Salary: circa £53,000k
This is a pivotal role working with the Technology, Digital and Data team to lead a portfolio of primary and secondary research and evaluation projects. You will provide effective leadership and oversight of a range of programmes and projects as well as driving the research agenda.
You will scope, plan, and deliver quantitative and qualitative research and evaluation projects including those conducted internally and those commissioned externally. Supporting the design and delivery of service level evaluation including the development of evaluation frameworks.
As the Head of Research and Evaluation you will be instrumental in working collaboratively with key stakeholders in Operations, Communications and Data team to identify key insight from existing data to unlock potential for greater external influence.
Candidate Requirements
Demonstrable experience of scoping research and evaluation projects from development to delivery and dissemination.
Previous experience of commissioning research and working with external partners to deliver high quality outputs.
Knowledge of a range of research and evaluation methods including application.
Experience of managing a complex portfolio of work with the ability to prioritise in a changing environment.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to develop effective and influential working relationships with key stakeholders.
