 About The Job

 We’re looking for a Head of Quick Service Restaurants to join our senior team at our Bognor Regis resort! 
 
 Reporting to the General Manager, you will be responsible for all 5 QSR venues. Managing the day to day running of the locations including staffing, rotas and general activities along with brand standards and health & safety policies. 
 
 This is a fantastic opportunity to head up part of our latest development on resort, with new and updated concepts including Chopstix, Subway, Burger King also Costa and our very own Scoop. Performance of our facilities is key to our success and our commitment to our staff is just as important as the one to our customers. This is no small task but a very rewarding position for the right person, building and running the retail catering area of our resort with the support of our Head office teams to create successes and overall, the best experience we can provide. 
 
 With a priority focus on ensuring our guests have an amazing experience with us every time, you will motivate your team to deliver the highest standards, using market data, trends, and feedback to improve and develop standards consistently across the QSR’s. 
 
 Leading a team of 5 Venue Managers, plus duty managers and indirect reports which will increase next year as we look forward to gaining more facilities on resort. A real passion for leading by example and inspiring others to deliver experiences that truly delight our guests. You should be an advocate for your team’s fulfilment at work, ensuring that you are having regular 121’s and PDP discussions to support their development and career with Butlin’s. 
 
 You will manage your budget closely, driving your team to deliver KPIs based on sales and costs in line with our business plan and reviewing this regularly to identify areas of opportunity and risk. This will also involve working closely with our Operational Teams to project guest demand and team requirements accordingly.
  
 As with all roles at Butlin’s, no day will be the same and you will need to enjoy thinking on your feet, getting stuck in, and ensuring that our guest experience is always your number one priority.

About You

 We are looking for a passionate leader with exceptional knowledge and solid experience of managing multiple restaurants / sites within the hospitality sector whilst delivering a superb Guest Experience. 
 
 You will need to be able to set strategic direction for your team whilst also being happy to be involved in the day-to-day operations, working closely alongside your teams to manage any challenges that arise. 
 
 An analytical mind with the ability to forecast and manage costs is extremely important for this role. You will always have the financials in mind but will balance this with keeping our guest experience at the heart of your decisions. 
 
 You should have excellent communication skills and be confident engaging with teams at all levels. You should also have a curious mindset and not be afraid to challenge the status quo.
 Whilst your skills and experience are important to us, your approach, mindset and attitude are of equal interest to us.
