The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in the procurement of all goods and services within our client’s organisation. Due to their rapid growth … this will continue to expand with the success of the business.
What will you be doing ?
Owning all purchasing activities from goods and services to materials.
Developing and defining purchasing polices to ensure good business practice and compliance throughout.
Collaborating with the Finance department to help manage the company’s risk.
Building strategic partnerships with key suppliers.
Becoming an expert in the market so you can confidently converse with suppliers and internal departments.
Utilising the ERP system and tailoring it to the needs of the business.
Managing and developing a small team.
The successful candidate…
You’ll have the ability to address issues as they arise, make informed decisions, and drive them to resolution.
You will have managed a mix of direct / indirect spends and appreciate a hands-on role.
You’ll have a flair for conversing with suppliers, engineering and operations teams.
Your experience will cover Automotive or Manufacturing industries.
It’s critical you are confident with utilising ERP systems.
Based in Warwickshire.
True flexible working with two days per week onsite.
Offering up to £75,000 per year, company bonus and private health care.
