Head of IT required by award-winning manufacturing business based in Harlow Essex. The role will be hybrid with flexibility on days onsite and from home.
Reporting to the CEO, the Head of IT will lead and support the IT strategy and play a key part in driving transformation change throughout the business. You will oversee all aspects of the IT function and ensure that IT systems and processes are aligned with the company’s strategic goals.
Experience of working within a manufacturing or FMCG sector is essential.
Key Requirements:
Understanding of modern technologies and processes that apply to a manufacturing or FMCG environment.
Experience of managing and improving IT security, compliance and governance
Experience in delivering upgrade/rollout projects.
Experience in managing and developing a team of IT professionals.
Strong influencing skills at both board and senior management level
High-level analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
