Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a global internal communications strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Advise and coach senior leadership on internal communications matters, offering strategic insights.
- Lead and manage a high-performing internal communications team, promoting creativity and collaboration.
- Create compelling internal content to inform, inspire, and align our global workforce.
- Collaborate with the Transformation Office to drive effective change management communication.
- Enhance employee engagement through impactful programs and initiatives.
- Implement metrics to measure communication effectiveness and refine strategies.
- Develop crisis communication plans to keep employees well-informed during challenging times.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in senior internal communications roles, preferably in a global, matrix organisation.
- Advising senior leadership teams, including the CEO and CFO, in shaping and delivering internal communications strategies.
- Managing internal communications in multicultural organisational environments.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate a team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with investor relations practices.
- Strategic thinker linking internal communication to business goals.
- Knowledge of best practices in internal communications and change management.
- Experience with digital communication platforms and tools.
